Failed to First Run

After i login, it started to load my account, but at some point it just stop and do nothing, and pop out something, saying my pc time and server time is different.

I try changing my time to UK time same as server, then i refresh. the same error pop out again.
I try changing my time format to dd mm yy, change server time to my time +800utc, but nothing works.

I am very interested in purchasing 3 month bot, please help me solve this problem.

Try to change time format in control panel to H:MM:SS

I change the time to the format requested.
The software hang whiling logging in. Can you use team viewer to solve my problem.

Try to delete file Cookies.ini in Cookies folder

Thx for the help.
It might be a simple problem but you take the effort solving my problem using teamviwer.
Below are the problem i face, any one facing my problem can read this message.
1.Application( not responding )
Right Click the application-> open folder location -> open cookies folder -> delete the cookies inside

2.Time Error
Please click on your desktop clock ->click on change time and date setting ->change date and time -> change the format to as shown in the picture.
