Incorrect time zone & exception occured

i have Travian Bot Lite ,since i bought it
i've been getting this error:
i tried to change the timezone on my computer to match the game or change the game to match my computer
i also tried changing my timezone but to no avail.
this is my timezone setting right now:
then i started getting exception errors all over the place .-.

I am also randomly getting out of sync errors. I have my game settings and PC settings set to the server time zone. I can see the times show do match, so i am assuming they are getting off by a second or two. Is there anything one can do to prevent this? Clicking refresh brings you do the server settings which I just close and error goes away only to come back over a random time.
