General question about command center option

Since there are no tutorials for the bot I just can't seem to get my head around at what exactly is the command center used for? What does invite and manage tabs do? If anyone knows how to use them I would appreciate it if you let me know.

I can see that travibot is not working anymore, it is a discontinued software.
