Hi, version is 6.3.5.5 - now it takes a lot of time, but the reports are not reading

What takes a lot of time?
Try to use Farm -> Settings of reading reports(or smth..) and different types of reading.

I have tested all the different reading options, but> the software only opens the report window and it appears as if the reports are being read, it also jumps to the next report page, the mouse button comes every second ... this takes a lot of time, but the reports remain untouched
