Building do not work

Playing on new European server 1 started yesterday. Bot does not recognise buildings. All buildings are shown as level zero. Not possible to build.

Resource fields are ok
Tried bot on two computers. Both had same problem. Also reinstalled software. Using windows 10 and latest version of bot 7.0.12 elite version.
