Auto NPC

the auto NPC that you set up based on how many resources you have in the warehouse is not working
I've tried it for many days and checked the log and its only working whenever I manually press "exchange now" from the bot
I've attached a screenshot of my setting
I tried a different interval and still not working
can you help, please

If no NPC event, then NPC exchange is disabled in menu
