met error

there are two errors which made software cant working.
the word in error2 is describing ODBC driver manager that No data source name was found and default drive system was not specified.
my system was win10,do have any effect?

First error - antivirus/firewall/proxy corrupts data
Second - install MS Office and run bot as admin

i shut down all these still have first error and same the second error too
just download ms office ,shall i do something?
