attack detection does not work

hi a couple of years ago I use the bot but there is a function that never makes it work, is the detection of attacks, the schedule is synchronized and everything is activated as it should be, but does not recognize the attacks, the log only appears, that starts looking for attacks but nothing else, will it have to do with browsers? please help!!!!!!

Clear both caches and reset Internet explorer settings in control panel
If not help, show via teamviewer
