bot cant order some type of troop please help

I am playing roman on Ts1.travian.asia I cant ordering some type of troop please fix this
The following picture show my problem ...
As you can see in the red box ..... I cant put number in the box of 3th line ... which is imperian troop of roman 
I've already research the imperial and build everything ready but cant put the number of unit in the box
Please fix it
