Bot isnt working

How do I do that ?

I go to "Help" and press on the last option "check for updates" and get this message:

The proxy server isn’t responding

•Check your proxy settings 127.0.0.1:63000.
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections. If you are on a LAN, click “LAN settings”.
•Make sure your firewall settings aren’t blocking your web access.
•Ask your system administrator for help.

I disabled firewall and antivirus and still nothing happens.

Please help.

Anywhere to download update on my own from outside the bot ?

No, nothing works from inside the bot. It has problems connecting to the update servers.
No outside link to download it manually?
Why isnt the bot you download the latest one so late ?
