Send troops Farms

Hi,
i have the list in tab Farm, and i set:
Farm squad 10
Change in the amount 20
MINIMUM squad 5
but for some reason bot send as minimum 1 or 2 or 3 etc.... and as Max it send 80/94, also if the 2 last reports are almost empty or with low resorces (example 10 on 1500)
