Bot stuck at lobby page

When bot restart to clear memory. It stops at lobby page not go anywhere.
What should I do?

Most probably, you entered wrong server when installing the bot
What name now in Keys.ini file in bot folder?

Replace with
*********@hotmail.com@com1x3
and restart bot
