Error on installing

Suddenly bot stopped working today, I uninstalled unitsender and when I tried to reinstall installer gave me this error?

I got Elite license and it should be all fine

I've uninstalled the unitsender and reinstalled it. It asks for my license ID in which I have no clue what to fill in. What should I do?
